Kindly let me know what is included in this package in details including about food, hotel, etc.

Does this tour include the morning breakfast provided by the hotel accommodation? We are planning to arrive at LAX on 14/06/2011, Tuesday, just want to make sure this tour does start on Tuesday, 14/06/2011, so that we are not missing the tour.
Please also advise how long in advance if we need to make the booking.
Thanks
Joanna
Yes, if you would like to book this tour for June 14th, it is available at this moment. Please submit the booking and we will reconfirm the tour as soon as possible.
If you are booking in June, I suggest you start booking within the next few weeks.
Hello,
our group of 4 booked the tour starting on the 5th of July.
We are wondering at what time the bus usually leaves in the morning, to get to the next destination. Just estimated. Will it be more like 6am or more like 9am?
And it says that the basic hotels do not offer complimentary breakfast, is that right? If so, how much does the meal package, offered by the tour guide, approximately cost? Does it only include breakfast or lunch plus dinner, or is that optional?
Thanks so much in advance!
Estimated departure every morning is around 7-8 a.m. in the morning. The tour guide will let you know what time the tour departs the next day. Sometimes the guide might ask customers to wake up earlier for the tour.
Most hotels do not offer breakfast. You can talk with the tour guide to find out whether or not you will need to plan early the next day for breakfast.
This tour does not offer a meal package. The tour guide will take the group to a meal stop at a fast food region or a food court. If there is enough time, the guide will take the group to a restaurant. You simply pay for what you would like to eat.
Hi, do you have a package that has LA city tour & this tour together? Or any recommendation? We will be in LA from April 30, 2011 to May 3. We will be leaving by May 4. I wonder if we can have that tour combined.
If ever, pls. state also the cost. Would appreciate if it includes Hotel accommodation.
thanks!
The buy 2 get one free is on a share room basis. Meaning all 3 guest will be sharing 1 room. So please consider this before requesting a companion.
Thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately we are not able to help you find a tour companion. You will simply have to put in a request using the travel companion system we have in our website: https://www.tours4fun.com/travel-companions/us-west-coast/ The buy 2 get one free is on a share room basis. My flights time are as following:
Arival LAX at 20.15 of 16May; Depature from LAX to Wasington DC at 22.24 of 23May.
I want spent all my stays (7 days) to visit Los Angeless with Holiwood, Sanfransico and Las Vegas ( Disney land and Seaworld are not very interesting,we are around 60).
Could you pls consult to me: what's the best tour for us to take it. Starting day and end day of our tour, we need the end day of the tour is the same day with the day we will flly to Wasington DC (23May); All arrangement for airport pick up and off; early day extentions if that realy needs; Any addition fees beside the cost of the tour. We have already got visas and flight tickets to the US, when do we need booking for our tour. If we take two tours from you (an West coast and an East cost) for 2 person in May, do you have any discount policy for us.
Thanks & regards,
TTam
Hi, I am interested in joining this tour. The only concern that I have is that I need a storage service for my baggages since I will be flying an international route after the end of the tour from LA. I prefer to not carry it around with me during the tour. Do you have any suggestion for my situation? I know that most airport does not offer this service anymore since 9/11.
Hi Danny, tks for your info. I do know that we need to meet at 3 different places for the 3 tours I'm interested in .
The one tour you suggested: the 7 day SF, Yosemeti, Grand Canyon tour isn't good for us 'cuz the first day is to be picked up at LAX and stay in a hotel while we don't need those. So we actually ended up paying more if we are to book this one.
The other two 7 day tours to Yellowston aren't what we wanted either, 'cuz one doesn't go to Mt. Rushmore, and the other one's review I read, the hotels aren't as good....
In any case, tks much for all your suggestions.
Please if you can answer the following questions for me:
1. I will be traveling with my 12 yr old son. The three tours we plan to go for will be the following:
6/19-6/21[#2-351: Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam & Las Vegas];
6/22-6/24[#5-189: SF & Yosemeti];
6/25-7/2[#85-2936: Yellowstone & Mt.Rushmore]
Do you think we will be too tired, exhausted from them? They are one after another one...
2. Can you please tell me exactly which morning meet up location I should pick for each above tours' ? Of course I need the closest one from my relative's home. I know each tour is different, and when I look at those lists, I do not know which to pick....
3. Can you please also tell me just about how much time it's needed from my relative's home to each of the pick up location?
[Again, my relative lives at Diamond Bar, CA 91765]
Please reply ASAP!
Tks so much!!
Best regards,
Ruth
1. It is up to you to decide if you are going to be tired to take the next tour.
2. We cannot suggest a tour closest to your relatives home. All three tours are on different routes and offer different pick up locations. You can use the pick up location locator to check which pick up locations are closer to your relatives home.
3. If you would like to take all three tours I would suggest you check on this location: Best Western Executive Inn, 18880 Gale Ave Rowland Height for all three tours. Make sure you have the proper transportation and accommodations to take all three tours.
